Where can I view your polices?

Do you customize jewelry and how can I make the request online?

Yes, we do customize jewelry all the time. The best way to customize jewelry is stopping in our store. However, if you are unable to stop in, then we would recommend calling us. Our customer service representatives will be able to guide you through the customization process. You can call us at: 952-435-8528.

Is it secure to buy jewelry from PrincessJewelry.com?

Yes. If that statement is not enough to win over your confidence, we invite you to read our "Security and Privacy Statement". Princess Jewelry is a GeoTrust Secure Server Processing Site.

Order Status

How long will it take for me to get my jewelry once I order it?

We promise to make every effort to get your jewelry to you in a prompt manner. We like to fulfill our orders under 10 business days. In addition, you will receive an email with the scheduled ship date. When planning your order we suggest planning for manufacturing time, along with the shipping.

How can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of the order, just visit the Order Status page and enter your order number and name into the fields given.

How can I track my order after it was shipped?

Simply visit the Order Status page and it will provide you with the tracking number which will allow you to track your package and delivery date.

Ring Sizing

I am between two ring sizes, how can I order a ring in my size?

We do offer quarter sizes. Select the size you need and we will make the ring to your request. If you have a size smaller than 4 or larger than 15.5, please email or call us before placing the order to insure the ring can be made.

If I order my ring and it does not fit me can I get it resized?

If the ring does not fit, you can return it within the thirty (30) day period from the date of shipment. Call or email us and we will be happy to issue a return authorization number (RMA) to ship the ring back to us for proper sizing. You can also bring the ring into our store to have it sized.

Please note that rings with a continuous pattern or an eternity ring cannot be sized. We must remanufacture the ring to the size you need.

You (Princess Jewelry) have sent me the wrong size ring, what should I do?

Email the returns department at RMA@PrincessJewelry.com or call the Customer Service department at (952) 435-8528 and explain the situation. We will email a RMA or provide a process to return/exchange the ring for the correct size.

Education

What is a karat?

The karat is simply used to indicate the purity of gold. Gold is actually a mixture of gold and other alloys (metals). 24-karat is pure gold (24K), 18-karat is 75% pure gold (18K), and 14-karat is 58.3% pure gold (14K). Can I find 100% pure white gold?

No. White gold is yellow gold with added alloys to give it a white appearance. We offer 14-karat and 18-karat white gold, which means that either 14 or 18 parts of the actual metal, out of a total of 24, are gold. The rest is a mixture of alloys that gives the gold a white color. You can learn more about precious metals under educational pages.

What is a carat?

The term carat is used to measure the weight of a diamond. Further knowledge of this can be found under the Diamond Education section.

What are the 4C's?

Free Engraving Policy

EngagementRing.com offers Free Engraving at the time of every purchase of a wedding band or engagement ring from EngagementRing.com.

Note: All engravings are on the "inside" of the band. Please limit the number of characters (including spaces) to under 50. All free engravings will be provided in standard script (combination upper/lower case) or Roman [BLOCK] (all upper case), unless specified.

We will do our best to accommodate your engraving requests. However, some of our ring styles may not be suitable for engraving as requested.

Lifetime Warranty

All rings purchased from EngagementRing.com are warranted for the life of the wedding bands. All wedding rings are genuine, authentic, and of consistent high quality and value materials. Wedding rings are solid 14Kt gold, 18Kt gold, palladium, and platinum. We do not sell any gold plated, hollow, or costume jewelry.

EngagementRing.com warrants the original purchaser, that any item purchased from our company will be free from defects in materials, components, or workmanship for the life of the ring. We agree to either repair any such defects or replace the item(s), at no cost (excluding shipping) to the purchaser.

This life-time warranty covers defects in manufacturing only, and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear, physical or accidental abuse, loss and theft. This warranty is valid only for wedding rings and other jewelry at EngagementRing.com, including but not limited too; men's wedding bands, diamond wedding rings, diamond anniversary rings, and eternity bands. Improper repairs or warranty services performed by someone other than WedddingBands.com will render this warranty null and void.
